Sirens...These mysterious women of legend are often portrayed as beautiful creatures who lull lonely sailors, pirates, and sea-bound tradesmen alike with their hypnotic song and flowing hair. Not all are as fond of them as they are of their fairer cousins,the merfolk, due to their harsh reputation. While most sea-going travelers and sailors despise these unusual creatures, only a small number truly mean harm to the most challenging animals known as men.
